Discovery
We talk through your business, your customers, and what you need the site or app to actually do — not just look like. This is where scope and rough pricing get locked in.
Design
You get a design draft of the homepage before anything else is built — colors, layout, tone. You give feedback, I refine it. Nothing moves to development until you're happy with the direction.
Build
The full site gets built page by page — responsive, fast, and tested on real phones and desktops as we go. You'll get a private preview link to follow along.
Launch
Final review, last tweaks, then it goes live on your domain. I handle the technical setup and walk you through how to make simple updates yourself.
Support
Every project includes a support window after launch for fixes and small changes. After that, monthly care plans are available if you want ongoing help.
What you'll want to have ready
Having these on hand speeds things up, but nothing here is required to get started — we can figure it out together on the discovery call.
