Started on a single roaster, ten years ago
How a two-table corner shop became a neighborhood fixture.
Bloom & Brew opened in 2016 as a two-table corner shop with one roaster and a simple goal: pour a genuinely great cup of coffee and give the neighborhood a place to slow down. The first year ran on borrowed equipment, a single part-time barista, and a lot of trial and error.
Ten years later, the kitchen has grown, the espresso machine has been upgraded twice, and there's a full breakfast and lunch menu — but the standard hasn't changed. Everything is made in-house, beans are roasted in small batches every week, and ingredients are sourced locally wherever we can find them.
What hasn't changed either: the people behind the counter actually care whether your morning goes well. Regulars get remembered. First-timers get recommendations, not just orders taken. That's the whole idea.
A few things we won't compromise on
Roasted weekly, never sitting
Small batches roasted in-house every week so what's in your cup is never more than a few days off the roaster.
Local first
Produce, dairy, and baked goods sourced from South Florida suppliers whenever the quality and price make sense.
People over throughput
We'd rather get your order right and have a good thirty-second conversation than rush you out the door.
Come see for yourself
Walk in any morning, or reserve a table ahead for groups and meetings.
